These Terms of Service govern access to CampusSphere websites and software. By using our services, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or your school.
Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed as agreed in your order form or invoice. Features, limits, and support levels depend on your plan. Implementation timelines are estimates and may vary based on data readiness.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or use CampusSphere to violate applicable laws. Schools are responsible for the accuracy of data they upload and for obtaining any required consents from parents and staff.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, CampusSphere’s liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding a claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
